Steps in the claims process
  1. Report: Report your claim utilizing one of the option outlined above
  2. Contact: Your assigned adjuster will contact all known parties involved in the claim within 2 business days of report of the claim
  3. Investigate: Investigation begins, including speaking with all parties involved, witnesses and obtaining a police report if one was taken
  4. Inspect: Inspection of all vehicles
  5. Coverage: A coverage and liability determination is made based upon our investigation and in compliance with state law in which the loss occurred
